2 Node Cluster without QDevice as the 3rd node

Use this snipped as a cronjob to set the needed votes to only 1 to bring up a host. This is an example where Host A (IP 10.0.81.1) is trying to ping Host B (IP 10.0.81.2). If this host is not reachable then set the expected votes to 1.
